PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten inspection time and to easily discriminate the propriety of electronic parts or a circuit board. SOLUTION: A circuit board 2 is turned to an inspection mode by applying a prescribed level to an IN7 of a CPU 1, a prescribed level is outputted at an OUT0 by applying the prescribed level to an IN0, a prescribed level is outputted at an OUT1 by connecting the OUT0 to an IN1 and applying the prescribed level, a prescribed level is outputted at an OUT2 by connecting the OUT1 to an IN2 and applying the prescribed level, a prescribed level is outputted at an OUT3 by connecting the OUT2 to an IN3 and applying the prescribed level, and a prescribed level is outputted at an OUT4 by connecting the OUT3 to an IN4 and applying the prescribed level. Further, a prescribed level is outputted at an OUT5 by connecting the OUT4 to an IN5 and applying the prescribed level, a prescribed level is outputted at an OUT6 by connecting the OUT5 to an IN6 and applying the prescribed level and based on the output result of the OUT6, the propriety of the circuit board 2 is discriminated. |
