PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a smooth initial synchronization while considering the influence of a frequency leakage on an opposite-side. SOLUTION: A radio communication means A2 is shifted to a radio reception state after an operation is restored and starts a timer A8. A timer A8 measures second time which is previously decided, and outputs the signal of the effect whenever measurement is terminated. A switching means 7 changes over the reception state of a radio transmission/reception means A6, based on a signal which the timer A8 outputs. The switching means 7 changes over the radio reception state of the radio communication means A2 to a standby state, based on the output signal of the timer A8. The switching means 7 waits for the next output signal of the timer A8, receives the signal and changes over the standby state of the radio transmission/reception means A6 to a reception possible state. Thus, a lacked signal is prevented from always being discharged in the air from the radio communication means A2. |
