PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax the amount of shrinkage of a bonding agent at the time of drying of the bonding agent and to prevent a crack from being generated in the frame-adhered part of a green sheet to a holding jig by a method wherein the sheet is fixed on the jig using a bonding agent containing a humectant and a perforating process and succeeding processes are conducted. SOLUTION: Dimensional stabilization treatment processes (processes A to C) are added after a frame-adhering process (a process 2), a through hole perforating process (a process 3) and a printing process (a process 4). A green sheet 7 formed using a water-dispersed binder is frame-adhered on a fixed frame 8 using a bonding agent composed by making 70 pts.wt. of a glycerin contain in a bonding agent, which contains a polyvinyl alcohol as its main component, as a humectant and is held in an environment of a low temperature of 10 deg.C or lower. In such a way, by frame-adhering the green sheet 7, which formed using the water-dispersed binder, on the fixed frame 8 using the bonding agent containing the humectant, a crack 10 can be prevented from being generated in the bonded part of the sheet 7 to the frame 8. |
