PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lead a calibration jig from inside a station building having a detecting part installed on the rooftop and to mount and dispose it thereon by providing a guide pipe for leading the calibration jig onto the rooftop of the station building from inside the building, and others. SOLUTION: On the occasion when a calibration jig 110 is used, a rotary cap 7 is moved to a position of its opening by rotating a cap handle 81 and then a guide pipe 5 is pushed up to the upper limit and fixed to a lower guide 62 by a bolt or the like. Next, one end of the calibration jig 110 on its side piercing the guide pipe 5 is bent to a prescribed direction by a bending means 9 and a radiation source 10 is fitted thereto with screws or the like. When the use of the calibration jig 110 is ended and drawn out from the guide pipe 5, the guide pipe 5 is lowered and the cap 7 is rotated and moved to the position of the opening part of the guide pipe 5 by rotating the cap handle 81. Then, the guide pipe 5 is raised until it comes into contact with a packing provided inside the cap 7, and fixed so that airtightness be maintained, thereby preventing penetration of rainwater.
