PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part mounter which is capable of surely vacuum-chucking and mounting a part. SOLUTION: A part mounter is equipped with part holders 4 and 6 which vacuum-chuck a part 3 in a detachable manner, a moving mechanism 8 which brings the part holders 4 and 6 into contact with the part 3, a detector 5 which detects a position where the part holders 4 and 6 come into contact with the part 3 as the vacuum-chucking height of the part 3, and a control 20 which stores the vacuum-chucking height of the part 3 outputted from the detector 5, outputs it to the moving mechanism 8 to position the part holders 4 and 6 at the part 3, and enables the holders 4 and 6 to vacuum-chuck the part 3. |
