SOLUTION: A digital voice data synthesized by a digital voice data synthesizer 2 is resampled by a sampling frequency converting computing unit 12 with a frequency lower than the sampling frequency at the time of accumulation. The frequency component generated at this time having a frequency component higher than 4kHz is removed by a digital low-pass filter 32. The output of the low-pass filter 32 is D/A converted by a D/A converter 3, and the result is emitted from a speaker 4. |
