PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the amount of toner according to the kind of printing. SOLUTION: A corner part 26 and a peaked part 27 are formed by bending the tip of a blade 24, the corner part 26 is brought into contact with a developing roller 14, and by changing an angle between the surface of the developing roller 14 and the peaked part 27, the entering pressure of toner in the contact part is caused to be changeable. Fan-shaped gears 28 and 32 and a lever 33 are provided so as to adjust the thickness of a toner layer. |
