An adapter with a carrier supporting a contacting device for electrical connection of electronic components mounted on a circuit board with a test device. The carrier is provided with at least one through-aperture for its fixture on the electronic component or on the circuit board (7) for providing a releasable mechanical connection (5,5.1). The carrier has a base through which the contacting device is retained by spring-contacts and is joined to the carrier. The spring contact (2) or contact device is electrically connected to he plugs (6), the latter leading the additional devices such as a test device (not shown).
