Disclosed is a vapor-permeable and waterproof sheet to be applied to a concrete surface in waterproofing the surface of concrete. This waterproof sheet has the structure such that a protective cloth is laminated on a one surface of a polymer film having water repellency and vapor permeability and fixed thereto by partial fusing or bonding and a lightweight and flexible sheet having a number of air-permeable pores is laminated on another surface of said polymer and fixed thereto by partialfusing or bonding. <IMAGE>
