PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball point pen tip made of resin in which ink is uniformly discharged and the unit price of a product is low. SOLUTION: A ball point pen tip (molding) 16 made of resin is integrally molded by injection molding. The upper end part is formed into a thin-walled fitting part 15 for holding a ball 12. A small diameter fitting part 13 fitted to the body of a ball point pen is formed in the lower end part. Further, an ink passage 14 is formed in the center of an axial line. Since the ball point pen tip 16 is integrally molded by using resin through injection molding, productivity is excellent and therefore unit price is reduced. Furthermore, since elasticity of the thin-walled fitting part 15 is excellent, the ball 12 is easily rotated and discharge of ink is made uniform and also clearance between the ball 12 and the thin-walled fitting part 15 is changed by the strength of a pen stroke. As a result, size of a character is controlled. |
