PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a both side reclining device with which operability and stability can be improved by making inner side lock-off and lock-on preferential rather than outer side at all times. SOLUTION: Expanded parts 2 and 3 are formed at 1st and 2nd cam parts 4 and 5 of an inner side cam member 1a, the expanded parts 2 and 3 are first engaged with a groove 6 for lock-off and an abutting part 7 for lock-on of a tooth inner 8 at the time of lock-off and lock-on, an outer tooth 9 of the tooth inner 8 and an inner gear 10 of an arm 12 are engaged and disengaged, and lock-off and lock-on are performed preferentially rather than the outer side. |
