PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which is simple in use, dispenses with the necessity to return a lid to an applicator for each use immediately after the target substance is applied, and stores the substance in an appropriate storage condition. SOLUTION: A wrapped device is provided with a dome-shaped applicator 3 suitable for applying the liquid or paste-like substance such as cosmetics and a substance storage container 2, and the applicator has an outlet opening which communicates with the container and flows the substance a little at a time. The applicator is provided with an inner wall 7, an outer membrane 8, and a plug 12. The inner wall is made of hard or semi-hard plastic material, and is fixed to the container, and provided with a feeding port 10. The outer membrane is supported by the inner wall, and provided with a distribution port 11 which is concentrically arranged with the feeding port. The plug is arranged on the inner side of the container so as to close the distribution port. The sectional area of the flow passage of the distribution port is smaller than that of the feeding port. The plug forms a clearance on the inner side of the feeding port. The outer membrane allows the substance to flow from the applicator in the condition where the pressure is applied to the substance, and is elastically separated from the plug. |
