PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the scorch of a mold and to eliminate the deterioration of mold releasing by providing gas/air exhaust mechanism at a plurality of positions of a mold apparatus and forming the mechanism near the touch cutting surfaces of butted molds. SOLUTION: A lower insert 8 molds a mesh-like plastic filter in cooperation with an upper insert 7. A stopper 5 and a lower mold base 31 are so provided as to enclose the insert 8, and a second ring-like gas bleed hole 22 and a third ring-like gas bleed hole 29 are formed near the boundary faces. They are coupled to provide a gas bleed passage 29 for exhausting gas/air out of the mold. The hole 22 is provided at the tough cutting surfaces of the molds, and forward or reversely flowing gas/air is exhausted out of the mold from there. |
