PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mineral water producing apparatus by which water temperature adjustment can be carried out easily and carbon dioxide gas to be supplied to drinking water can be utilized effectively. SOLUTION: This mineral water producing apparatus is provided with a water storage tank 1 to store drinking water, a mineral source layer 11 to dissolve mineral components in drinking water discharged out of the storage tank 1, filter layer 12 installed in either a water supplying side or a water discharging side of the mineral source layer 11, a water circulating and discharging pump 5 to circulate the drinking water between the water storage tank 1 and either the mineral source layer 11 or the filter layer 12 and discharging the resultant drinking water out of the water storage tank 1, the mineral source layer 11, or the filter layer 12 to outside, and a heat-exchanging means 4 equipped with an electronic cooling element is installed in the water storage tank 1. |
