PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of bedsores and to improve a treatment effect by using the air mat of different cell arrangement patterns separately for the place, where much weight is loaded and bedsores are easily generated, and the place where the generation of bedsores is a little. SOLUTION: The section of an air mat 1 for preventing bedsores corresponding to the legs of a lying patient 2 lower than the femurs is composed of round, laterally slender and columnar or semicolumnar air chamber 10 and subordinate air chamber 11. On the other hand, the section corresponding to the shoulders, the back, the waist and the buttocks is composed of a rectangular and flat air pad 12. Then, an air conditioner 13 for supplying gas pressure and gas current to these air chamber 10, subordinate air chamber 11 and air pad 12 is connected. The air pad 12 is formed by laminating two pieces of high-density, thin and soft woven type non-permeable sheets applying thermoadhesive resin to cloth in which the fine monofilament yarns of synthetic resin are woven as warp and weft with high density. |
