When the locking component (8) is installed, the sealing grommet is firmly clamped to the wall (5). The locking component may consist of a bayonet-fastened grommet closure which projects through the wall opening and is here grasped by counterparts on the closure. The bayonet fastening has axially arranged ramps to obtain the pre-clamping effect. The closure may bear against the wall and is divided into two parts hinged together on one side and otherwise joined by a snapper etc. The grommet is formed by hard foam sprayed onto the lines (3) in question.
