A non-slip layer for use in baths or shower trays, has a self-adhesive material comprising a warm water resistant acrylate-, butyl rubber- or SEBS based material. The non-slip layer film consists of a transparent vinylacetate and ethylene copolymer. The film is pref. 40-200mu m thick, and is pref. coloured.
