PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the change of properties and the release of a film in a high temperature and high moisture environment by providing an organic thin film having specific storage elastic modulus and thickness at least at the part of the surface of a synthetic resin molding having the specific storage elastic modulus, and providing an inorganic thin film thereon. SOLUTION: An organic thin film having a storage elastic modulus at -20 to 60 deg. of 2000 to 100MPa and a thickness of 20 to 60μm is provided at least on the part of the surface of the molding of synthetic resin having storage elastic modulus at -20 to 60 deg.C of 1000 to 50MPa. An inorganic thin film is provided on the organic thin film to form a plexible synthetic resin composite material. Accordingly, the synthetic resin composite material having the degree of freedoms of the form due to flexibility and no change of properties and release of film under high temperature and high humidity and using outdoor can be obtained.
