<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the bulk of a packing material for forming a bag part for a packing body from increasing, by fitting a picking string and a tag to the packing material just before the manufacture of the packing body. SOLUTION: A long picking string 10 with tags 20 fitted at prescribed intervals is drawn out on a long packing material 1. The tag 20 and the end of the picking string 10 on the opposite side to the tag are joined to the packing material 1 with an ultrasonic bonding devices 4, 5, and the subsequent part of the picking string 10 in proximity to the joined part is cut and separated by a cutter 35. After the picking strings 10 and the tags 20 are fixed at prescribed intervals in the lengthwise direction, the packing material 1 is delivered to a packing body manufacturing device. The packing material 1 is processed in a sheet condition, so it is possible to prevent the bulk of the packing material from increasing.</p> |
