PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process load predicting method by which the load of each process can be predicted when the productions for large quantity and various kinds of orders are performed by using many processes and device therefor. SOLUTION: In this method, a step S1 preparing a production information file storing the order specification information on each order, a step S2 preparing a manufacturing constraint data file in which manufacturing constraint data to be set for the working day of each process is stored, a step S3 preparing an operation table in which plural working days of each process are stored, a step S4 deciding a necessary process and required days based on the contents of the order specification information in the production information file of each order and the manufacturing constraint data file, a step 5 piling up the orders for which the process is required for each process is decided in the early order of the due date and for every working day of the process in the operation table based on the corresponded required days and a step S6 piling processing impossible order of the orders piled up for every working day of each process on a nearest processing possible day. |
