PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a remarkable health food suitable for ensuring quiet sleep by using composite gealenicals as a main raw materials in order to suppress factors disturbing the sleep as much as possible. SOLUTION: This health food for quiet sleep contains the mixture of a Panax ginseng extract, a Ginkyo biloba extract, a Formes japonicus extract and calcium in a prescribed ratio as an active ingredient. For example, 1 pt.wt. of the Panax ginseng extract, 0.5-1.0 pt.wt. of the Ginkyo biloba extract, 0.1-0.5 pt.wt. of the Formes japonicus extract and 0.1-1.0 pt.wt. of the calcium are mixed. |
