PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure hose for a vehicle having excellent pressure resistance and improving the durability by forming the sectional shape of a bent part substantially in an ellipse having the direction of the radius of curvature of the bent part as a short diameter, and forming the sectional shape except the bent part in a true circle. SOLUTION: The high-pressure hose for a vehicle comprises an inner rubber 12 formed in a pipe state, reinforcing yarns 13 knitted on the outer periphery of the rubber 12, and an outer rubber 14 covering the outer periphery of the rubber 12 knitted with the yarns 13. A bent part is formed corresponding to the disposed position. The sectional shape of the bent part is formed substantially in an ellipse having the direction of the radius of curvature as a short diameter Y, and the sectional shape except the bent part is formed in a true circle. When the long diameter is X and the short diameter is Y in the ellipse of the sectional shape of the bent part, X/Y=1.05 to 1.20. Thus, the ratio X/Y of the long diameter X to the short diameter Y is set to 1.05 to 1.20, and hence the slack of the yarn can be most efficiently eliminated. |
