摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the wear resistance of a piston slide part by making a cylinder end plate by a material with higher wear resistance in comparison with the material of a caliper and providing a cylinder head part for taking in a piston head part. SOLUTION: A caliper 7 is formed by aluminium alloy integrally and a piston 5 head part is inserted in the cylinder head part 22 of a cylinder end plate 10 and the supply port 40 of a brake pressurized oil is formed. A pair of cylinder head parts 22 are connected by an oil passage 20 and communicated with the oil passages 12, 15 of the caliper 7 through oil passages 16, 19. The other cylinder end plate 9 has also the same structure. The piston 5 is pushed out to a rotor running space 30 side by the pressurized oil from the supply port 40 and when the brake is applied at the rotation time in an arrow mark R direction of the rotor, an arrow mark T moment is generated on the piston 5 and the piston head 5a is push-pressed to the cylinder head part 22, but the cylinder end plates 9, 10 can be borne due to a material with higher wear resistance in comparison with the caliper.</p>
