PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain on-demand access to information relating movies while a movie is displayed for the user. SOLUTION: A data processing environment 102 decides a frame of a movie displayed for the user when the user uses a user unit 106 to issue a collation command via a communication medium 124. Part of movie relation information relation to the frame is identified as designated by the collation command, and the part is retrieved from a basic information database 112, an index information data base 122 via each interface (108, 118). The retrieval command and its result are processed by a presentation and control configuration component (integrated interface) 104 and displayed for the user via the user unit 106. Furthermore, while the movie is displayed, on-demand access to relating commercial information is served to provide on-demand connection to a sales agent.
