PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fault of the portable telephone set and to prevent a fault and a defect of the portable telephone set main body due to loading/ withdrawal of an IC card by eliminating static electricity before connection in the case of loading the IC card to the portable telephone set. SOLUTION: When a static charged IC card 2 is loaded to the potable telephone set main body 1 due to any cause, the static electricity is eliminated by an electrostatic brush 3. When the IC card is withdrawn, a withdrawal switch 4 and a separate switch 5 having a function of interrupting a power supply of the portable telephone set main body 1 forcibly are used to interrupt the power supply of the portable telephone set main body 1 and then the IC card 2 is withdrawn while the power supply is interrupted to prevent data destruction and malfunction. |
