FIELD: medicine, particular, reconstructive surgery of hand. SUBSTANCE: method of stretching of short stump of metacarpal bone includes osteotomy, bringing apart bones fractured fragments, displacement of stump of metacarpal bone and osteotomy of defect. Novelty consists in formation of supplying crus. After exarticulation of stump, it is distracted for a value of the required stretching, and osteoplasty is performed with transplant by fixing its proximal end to stretched stump of METACARPAL bone, and distal end, to displaced on supplying cruses of stump of metacarpal bone. EFFECT: provision of stretching of short stump of metacarpal bone, including the thumb for a required value, and prophylaxis of development of deforming arthrosis or radiocarpal articulation. 1 cl |
