FIELD: medicine; particular, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: method of elimination of dislocation and incomplete dislocation in sacroiliac joint includes unloading of hip joint, mobilization of sacroiliac joint in horizontal plane with traction of distal lower extremity along its axis on the side of injury and fixation of pelvis half opposite to injured one in groin region on the side of injury with constant action on pelvis region, slow flexion of lower extremity in knee and hip joints up to right angle is effected with subsequent bringing of femur to trunk in direction of arm on the side of manipulation, bringing of lower extremity to opposite arm, and finally, returning it to horizontal position with laying into posture of Volkovich. EFFECT: provision of efficient treatment by use of natural motions, simulating biomechanics of pelvis. |
