摘要 FIELD: electric machines. SUBSTANCE: device for working of armature-brake of electric machine is a knock-down unit. It consists of cylindrical mandrel and blind bushing. Cylindrical mandrel with its one end is located in collet, in headstock of N/C lathe. The other end of the mandrel has shank, tetrahedron, recess for attachment of armature-brake and two projections located diametrically opposite to each other. Blind bushing has blind holes and tetrahedral hole and two stop-horns located on the end and are also diametrically opposite to each other. Located between cylindrical mandrel and blind bushing is armature-brake which is fitted on mandrel recess and with its grooves rests on mandrel projections. Blind bushing is fitted on armature-brake from the side of lathe tailstock. Bushing tetrahedral hole is fitted on mandrel tetrahedron to radially press and fix the position of armature-brake on mandrel. To provide for this reliable gripping of armature-brake and to eliminate its vibration in vertical plane, protrusions on mandrel and stops-horns on blind bushing are installed at angle of 90 deg relative to each other. So, reliable position of armature- brake is provided on the device to ensure its working with high accuracy. The device for working of armature-brake of electric machine consists of two parts and has cylindrical mandrel 1, truncated cone 2, protrusions 3,4 located on mandrel diametrically opposite to each other, recess 5, tetrahedron 6, shank 7, blind bushing 8, stops-horns 9,10 located diametrically opposite to each other, blind holes 11, hole 12. EFFECT: eliminated wobbling of brake in its working, higher accuracy of its manufacture and its reliability in operation together with electric machine. 1 cl, 9 dwg
