Cylinder and piston unit

The cylinder and piston unit has a piston (3) that moves in the cylinder (16) by fluid acting, from one side, on a sealing element (4) between the piston and the fluid. This sealing element is positively connected to the piston. There may be a concentric groove for the positive connection in the sealing element and/or the piston. The sealing element and/or the piston may be made with a groove which has an undercut (11) for the positive connection. The sealing element may be made of plastic, or an elastomer such s PTFE, polyurethane or nitryl butadiene rubber.
