PURPOSE:To measure the physical quantity of a body to be measured in real time with high accuracy by providing a correction coefficient group arithmetic means which measures a coefficient group at every segment periods. CONSTITUTION:A controller 23 performs a control for inputting/outputting data in a register 232 and data in a waveform memory 210 to/from respective computing elements 222-230, which perform arithmetic processing. Then the correction coefficient groups by the segment sections represented by an expres sion I is found and further, temperature correction coefficients a1, b1, a2, and b2 are found. The coefficient group which is thus found is stored in a PRON 250. Therefore, an offset signal generator 60, a sensitivity signal generator 70, and an offset coefficient generator 60 for temperature correction are constitut ed by using the PROM 25 to perform correction arithmetic at every segment period, thereby measuring momentary torque with high accuracy. |
