PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently provide a method for producing a cell component complex of a lactic acid bacterium and a yeast, by producing active ingredients of a lactic acid bacterium and a yeast and deodorizing the active ingredients. SOLUTION: A lactic acid bacterium and a yeast are cultured together by taking advantage of mutual secretion products and proliferation is promoted. In a finishing liquid forming process of its filtrate, an organic acid is added to the culture filtrate to form the cell component complex of the lactic acid bacterium and the yeast. A citric acid cycle by the cell component is smoothly functioned in a human body having taken the cell complex.
