PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a narcotic antagonistic agent expressed by a specific formula, having potent narcotic antagonistic action, thus effective for preventing and treating narcotic dependence due to cocaine, etc. SOLUTION: This narcotic antagonistic agent contains a compound as active ingredient which is expressed by the formula (R<1> and R<2> are each H or a halogen; R<3> is H, an alkyl or acyl; R<4> is H, an alkyl, acyl, alkylsulfonyl or (esterified) carboxyl,; Ar is phenyl or N-contg. monocyclic heteroaromatic group which may have 1-3 substituents selected from a halogen, alkyl, alkoxyl, nitro, amino, alkylamino and OH; (m) is 1-5; (n) is 0-5), e.g. 1-[4,4-bis(4-fluorophenyl) butyl]-4-(2-hydroxy-3-phenylaminopropyl)-piperazine dihydrochloride or a physiologically permissible salt thereof. |
