摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of disturbance by executing effective power compensation on the basis of the signal which is differentiated by first order and the signal which is differentiated by second order and executing also reactive power compensation on the basis of a terminal voltage change of a power generator. SOLUTION: A signal showing a phase difference angle δ of a power generator is inputted to a differentiater 11 of a control apparatus and is then differentiated therein. This signal is then differentiated again in a multiplier 15 and is applied to an adder 13 via an effective power compensation gain multipliers 12, 15. In the adder 13, a sum of the inputs from the effective power compensation gain multipliers 12 and 15 can be obtained and this signal is in turn sent to an effective power generator 21 of a power exchanger 2 and thereby an effective power PSM can be outputted. Meanwhile, in a subtractor 16, a difference between the target value Vtref and a power generator terminal voltage signal Vt is obtained. The signal indicating such difference is transmitted to a reactive power generator 22 of the power converter 2 via the reactive power compensation again multiplier 17 and thereby a reactive power QSM can be outputted.
