<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve the utility cost and the service cost of an electronic mail service, to prevent the mis-acquisition of the electronic mail by the user, and to relieve the load of execution procedure setting by each user of the voice exchange service by converting electronic mail information of a text data form to be acquired into a voice. SOLUTION: A specific exchange station 15 stores the received electronic mail of a text data form to a management function 15d and inquires the service control station 20 about the following processing. The service control station 20 commands the conversion of the content of the electronic mail into a voice to the special exchange station 15. The special exchange station 15 transfers the electronic mail of a text data form stored in the mail management function 15d to a voice generating function 15d according to a command from the service control station 20, the function 15b converts the content into a voice and the voice is sent to a telephone terminal equipment 11 of the service user. Thus, the service user receives the electronic mail service by voice by using only the telephone terminal equipment 11.</p> |
