PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the secrecy and propriety of a password, to prevent an unauthorized use of the password from succeeding and to make an original caller able to recognize that effect even when the unauthorized use was successful. SOLUTION: A network 1 transmits the certificate 44 of a form for which at least the latter of the identification number 42 and the password 43, etc., in the network 3 of the caller is ciphered and a message 41 to this linking device 2 and the linking device 2 which receives them logs in the network 3 and transmits the message 41 by using the identification number and the password 43 taken out by decoding the ciphered part of the certificate 44 by a secret key 23.
