An attitude change mechanism of changing an attitude of the sort tray and a gripper mechanism of collectively holding a sheet sheaf P accumulated on a sort tray 14" in a take out position are provided. A gripper drive mechanism, drawing out the gripper mechanism along a prescribed take out direction Y also to move the gripper mechanism so as to be drawn upward in the downstream of the sort tray, is provided.
