PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a using cycle of an autoclave device, and enhance utilizing efficiency of autoclave by discharging high pressure steam within the autoclave device from the autoclave device after autoclaving to quickly cool the autoclave device. SOLUTION: In an autoclave device 10, an object 11 to be sterilized is housed and sealed, and internal water is heated by a heater to generate high temperature and high pressure steam, thereby autoclaving the object 11. After the autoclaving, the high temperature and high pressure steam within the autoclave device 10 is released into a water tank 40 through a vacuum pump 20 driven by a motor 30. The water in the water tank 40 is returned to the vacuum pump 20 through a pipe 70 to cool the vacuum pump 20. When pressure of the autoclave device 10 is lowered, a check valve 50 is opened to supply sterilized air into the autoclave device 10 through a filter 60. |
