PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacture of a die while stabilizing the quality of laminated and bonded core by providing a side pressure generation face under the cutting edge face of a blank die and providing a face for forming a gap with respect to the end face of a laminated core piece under the cutting edge face of blank die except the side pressure generation face. SOLUTION: In a blank die 20a, a cutting edge face 22 for cutting the outline of a laminated core piece having a protrusion is formed vertically downward from the cutting edge part 21 on the surface and a gradient face 23 for forming a gap is formed at a clearance angle Q from the lower end of cutting edge face 22. A cutting edge face 25, having a level differenceΔD and a width W, is then formed vertically downward from the cutting edge part 21 corresponding to a protruding piece and a side pressure generation face 24 is formed in flush with the cutting edge face 22 under the cutting edge face 25. Furthermore, the lower end of cutting edge face 25 is coupled with the upper end of side pressure generation face 24 through a level difference part 26 formed smoothly by lapping. Consequently, a die can be manufactured easily while stabilizing the quality of laminated and bonded core.
