PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the bonding strength while preventing distortion due to the difference of thermal expansion between a parallel plane mirror and a right angle isosceles prism for communicating the light with a cell. SOLUTION: A parallel plane mirror 5 and a right angle isosceles prism 6 are bonded, in the vicinity of center line thereof, to a base 12 through adhesive layers 7, 9 of 50-100μm having elasticity for absorbing at least the deformation due to difference of thermal expansion after curing. Unstable supporting part relying on the resiliency of spring is eliminated and the difference of thermal expansion among the base 12, parallel plane mirror 5 and right angle isosceles prism 6 is absorbed by the adhesive layers 7, 9.
