FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, presses for extraction of oil from oil-containing materials. SUBSTANCE: oil press has housing, rotors arranged in parallel one with respect to the other within housing. Each rotor has rolls with sets of grinding and helical headpieces mounted on rolls. Housing is composed of continuous and perforated sections positioned in alternation. Grinding headpieces are preferably set in continuous sections and helical headpieces are arranged in perforated sections. Heaters are positioned adjacent to continuous sections. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction, enhanced reliability in operation and improved quality. |
