Firstly, plural oil outlet grooves(15) are formed to be connected to one passage and when the reaction support(2) is combined, the one side of the oil outlet grooves is blocked by the inner face of the support, so that the one oil outlet hole is formed, further the outer flange(22) of the reaction support is exposed toward outside from a certain position, so the part of the flange becomes the oil outlet port(17) leading to the inner side.
