PURPOSE: To simply mount a flat harness onto a body. CONSTITUTION: A flat harness 20 where an electric wire group 23 composed of a plurality of wires which are set in parallel in such a way as to be in a flat shape, is fixed so as to be integrated at least in the vicinity of both ends of the group in the longer direction by each flat shaped member 25 which is flexible in the width direction of the electric wire group. Fixing parts 25a and 15b projected out of both ends in the width direction of the electric group, which are provided for the flat shaped members of the aforesaid flat harness, are fixed to a vehicular interior trim member 30 made of resin for wiring the aforesaid flat harness by welding or bonding with adhesives in advance.
