PURPOSE: To prevent malfunction when one of displayed items displayed on a display screen of a display means is selected by the use of line of sight. CONSTITUTION: The device is provided with a display means 2, a sight position detection means 3, a matching detection means 4, a processing execution means 5, and a reception control means 6. When a display screen pattern of the display means 2 is switched, even if the matching between the sight line position of the operator 1 and the display position of any of selection items displayed on the display means 2 is detected, the acceptance of the execution of processing by sight line input is inhibited to eliminate malfunction of erroneous function of a sight line switch thereby preventing malfunction of the device. |
