PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly indicate the position and reception status of a satellite and eliminate driver's anxiety for invalid measurement with respect to a GPS (global positioning system). SOLUTION: The radio wave from every GPS satellite for global positioning system is received by a reception part 11 through an antenna 10, and the received signal is supplied to an advancing-direction calculating part 12 and a satellite information detecting part 13. The difference between the north as a reference direction and a mobile body is operated according to the signal from the calculating and detecting parts 12 and 13 and the output signal which is indication-controlled by an indication control part 14 is supplied to an indication part 15, further the advancing direction of the mobile body is indicated upward on the display screen and the positions of every GPS satellite are indicated. In addition, the respective satellites shown as the sky position are indicated by different colors according to the reception status where the reception is possible or impossible. |
