<p>PURPOSE: To exactly and easily read information from two new and old states without chasing any state transition in the past. CONSTITUTION: Concerning a signal reader provided with a signal input means 2 for inputting plural signals having phase differences, state signal change detecting means 3 for detecting changes in the states of plural signals inputted by the signal input means, sampling means for repeatedly sampling the plural signals inputted by the signal input means 2, and reading means for reading the sampling result of the sampling means, when it is detected by the state signal change detecting means 3 that any one of plural signals is changed, the sampling of the sampling means is inhibited or the reading of the reading means is inhibited.</p> |
