PURPOSE: To easily and simply extend a radio base station and a radio channel in a mobile communication system. CONSTITUTION: A radio base station 22 having a control channel and a speech channel with a frequency different from each frequency of a control channel and a speech channel of an existing radio base station 21 is arranged in a radio zone 20 together with the radio base station 21, and a mobile station 200 selects a control channel based on a control channel frequency number and its own station number in control channel structure information sent via a perch channel of the existing radio base station 21. As a result, in the mobile communication system, a base station and a radio channel are simply and easily extended and the mobile station easily selects a control channel used by itself.
