PURPOSE: To let rain water, etc., hardly enter an input terminal of a breaker by drawing about a plurality of coated conductors laid between a secondary-side connecting section of a terminal block and the input terminal of the breaker above the secondary- side connecting section which is formed at a lower end of the terminal block. CONSTITUTION: A primary side connecting section 6b is located at an upper end 6a of a terminal block and a secondary-side connecting section 6d is located at a lower end 6c. The secondary-side connecting section 6d is located above an input terminal 5b of a breaker. Coated cables 30 are connected to the primary-side connecting section 6b with coatings 30a being peeled off. Another group of coated cables 30, being connected to the secondary-side connecting section 6d with coatings 30a being peeled off, is first hanged down and then is drawn about above the secondary-side connecting section 6d and then is connected to the input terminal 5b of the breaker with coatings 30a being peeled off. As a result, rain water, etc., which has entered a penel gets into a space between the coating 30a and a cable 30b by a capillary phenomenon but it does only to the height of the same potential energy as the lower end 6d of the terminal block and therefore rain water, etc., hardly enters the input terminal 5b of the breaker. |
