The box (11) comprises a base plate (24) for fixing to a building wall and a parallel cover plate (27) with centre aperture for the air outlet (10). Between the two plates extends a tight box jacket with a union branch (19) for the installation air tube. The box contains deflection baffles (36,37), each tightly coupled to the base or cover plate respectively, for the flow path between the air outlet and the overflow aperture of the coupling branch. The baffles deflect the air flow several times, containing an acoustic insulation (33) at least on one side.
