The container (1) has rollers on one side only (3) and one wall (6) is fitted with a holder (7) to positively fix the shaft (8) in place so the force operates centrally between the two rollers. The holder can be designed as a swivel hook using a pressing device within the container as abutment for the holder. Rollers, press device and holder are all on the one container wall, the container being rectangular in plan with the rollers on its broad side. The shaft has to be swung in direction (10) to raise the edge (12) of the container off the floor by turning the container round the roller axis (11). In an alternative version, wall is fitted with back strips (15), and the rollers on the front wall (16), thus affording a shallower tipping angle and consequent simpler handling.
