A sub-boss(26) is composed with a shape of ring, and a fastening groove is formed on one side around the upper part of the sub-boss. The fastening groove is used in inserting and fixing the upper fastening part of the clutch spring(8), and the diameter of the sub-boss comes to the same as that of the inner cylinder(30) formed on the inside of a clutch boss(20). A fastening end part is formed on the one side end part of a sub-spring(24), but not formed on the other end part, and all fastening end parts formed on the springs have the same shape of tetragon. The sub-spring is formed with being inserted on the inside of the space part on the ring shape constructed between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder formed in one united body on the clutch boss.
